从专利情况看石油加工领域的技术创新能力

Study on the Technological Innovation Capability of Oil Processing from Patents’Viewpoint

通过国家知识产权局的专利数据库查找我国石油加工领域的专利数据,并对这些专利数据的年度分布和地区分布情况进行整理分析,另外还以广东省的石油加工专利数据为例,阐述广东省的石油加工专利信息的特点。最后提出提高我国石油加工技术创新能力的建议。

This paper finds out patent data of China’s oil processing field in Patent Database of State Intellectual Property Office,and analyzes annual distribution and geographical distribution of these patent data. In addition,the patent data of oil processing in Guangdong Province is given as an example. This paper elaborates its characteristics of oil processing patent information. Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance China’s technological innovation capability of oil processing.
