浅析企业文化对制造业生产效率的影响

Analysis on the Efficiency of Corporate Culture in Manufacturing Production

改革开放以来,我国制造业发展迅速,中国逐渐成为世界的"制造工厂",但中国制造业生产效率低下,已逐渐成为制约我国制造业发展的瓶颈。随着研究的深入,学术界普遍认为企业文化对企业的发展起着至关重要的作用,甚至决定性作用。因此,制造业越来越重视企业文化的建设,但目前企业文化对制造业的研究还比较少,尤其是对生产效率的影响研究甚少。主要分析企业文化及生产效率相关理论,找出企业文化对制造业生产效率的影响方式,并结合中国的实际情况,提出中国制造业企业文化建设方案,以达到提高生产效率的目的。

Since the reform and opening up,our manufacturing industry has developed rapidly。China is becoming the world＇s＂manufacturing plant＂,but the low productivity has gradually become a constraining bottleneck for the development of China＇s manufacturing industry. With the development of research,the academics generally agreed that corporate culture plays a vital role in business development,and even a decisive role. Therefore,an increasing emphasis has been laid on the manufacturing sector of the construction of enterprise culture. However,the current study on corporate culture is still relatively short of demand,especially for research productivity. This article gives an analysis of corporate culture and productivity theory,finding the ways that corporate culture impact on manufacturing efficiency,and then proposes plans for the cultural construction of China＇s manufacturing industry in order to achieve the purpose of increasing productivity.
