高校学术期刊分级分类管理必要性探析

The Necessity of Hierarchical-classification Administration of Universities'Academic Journals

学术期刊的级别问题历来是学术界和相关部门作为成果鉴定、职称评聘、工作量计算等的重要依据,然而期刊的分级又是一个至今仍悬而未决的问题,相关的政府管理部门都没有对其进行明确的划分,于是各种"民间"评价体系广泛流行,给期刊界造成困扰,更不利于期刊整体的健康发展。高校的学术期刊在期刊界中所占份额巨大,对其进行分级分类管理有利于更好地明确其职能,促进其良性发展。

The issue of journal classification has been an important gist for appraisal of the publication for academic world and relevant departments,qualification evaluation,and calculation of workload. However,the classification of academic journals has been a pendent problem for a long time and many government administrative organizations have no clear measurement. Therefore,many＂nongovernmental＂appraisal systems become popular and cause puzzles for periodical world, especially go against the development of academic journals as a whole. The author suggests that with a view to the university journals’great share in periodical business,the hierarchical-classification administration can specify the function of academic journals and promote their development.
