藜芦提取物的体外DPPH自由基清除作用和对PC9肺癌细胞增殖的影响

Investigate the Effects of Two Kinds of Extracts from LiLu(Veratrum nigrum) on DPPH Radical Clearing and on the Proliferation of Human Lung Cancer PC9 Cells

目的探讨藜芦（Veratrum nigrum）提取物对DPPH自由基清除作用和对人体肺癌细胞系PC9细胞增殖的影响，比较藜芦的水提物与醇提物的作用差异。方法DPPH自由基清除法和CCK-8细胞毒性检测法。结果藜芦水提物和醇提物在10mg／ml时体外DPPH清除率分别为52．3％和42，8％。在体外培养的条件下能明显抑制PC9细胞的增殖，并且呈浓度依赖性，而水提物只在高浓度时有抑制作用。结论藜芦提取物具有DPPH自由基清除作用，并且对PC9细胞的体外增殖有明显的抑制作用。

Purpose To investigate the effects of two kinds of extracts from LiLu （Veratrum nigrum） on DPPH radical clearing and on the proliferation of human lung cancer PC9 cells. Methods PC9 cells were treated with various concentrations of methanol or water extract from LLLu respectively. Cell proliferation of each sample was measured 72 hours after treatment by CCK-8 ldt. Results Those extracts significantly inhibited the proliferation of PC9 cells on dose-dependent manner. （DPPH？） Conclusion Extracts of Lilu exert inhibitory effects on proliferation of PC9 lung cancer cens in vitro.
