旋转切削法超声乳化摘出成熟期白内障

Cataract extraction by rotated- chipping phacoemulsification

目的研究旋转切削法超声乳化技术和临床疗效。方法采用改良的旋转切削法对54眼成熟期白内障进行超声乳化摘出人工晶状体植入木。结果54眼成功进行旋转切削法超声乳化手术。平均有效乳化为84±23．13秒。分别植入一体式和折叠式人工晶状体。结论旋转切削法超声乳化手术安全、易掌握，更适合成熟期白内障超声乳化。

Objective To investigate the technique of rotated-chipping phacoemulsifitcation and evaluate its clinic effects. Methods The improvedrotated- chipping phacoemulsification was performed on 54 eyes.Results Rotated-chipping phacoemulsification was successfully comleted in54 eyes. The mean emulsification time was 84±23.13 seconds.Postoperatively, with foldable or PMMA intraocular lens implantaion.Conclusion The improved rotated-chipping phacoemulsification for the mature senile cataract extraction is safety and extraction is safety and easiness.
