船员立体视锐度的测定

The measurement of sterecoacuity in sailor

目的立体视锐度的测定作为船员能否能任高敏度立体视功能工作的取舍标准。方法用立体视觉检查图对812名船员的立体现锐度进行测定。结果正常率96．8％，异常率3．20％。40岁以上的船员其异常率明显高于40岁以下者（P＜0．01）。结论船员立体视锐度的异常与个人身体的健康状况，反应敏捷度、年龄及老视等原因密切相关。

Objective The sterecoacuity if standard which is used to determine if a sailor is qualified to a job of stereognosis of high susceptibility.Method The sterecoacuity of 812 sailors were measured with stereoscopictest chart. Rusult The normal rate is 96.80% and abnormal rate is3.20%． The ahnormal rate of sterecoacuity is higher for over fortyyears-old sailors than that for below(P>0.01).Conclusion The sterecoacuity abnormality is related to health,reaction,age and presbyopia.
