摘要
目的探讨阿立哌唑对女性精神分裂症患者泌乳素和血糖的影响。方法对60例女性精神分裂症住院患者给予阿立哌唑10～30mg/日口服,入组时和治疗4、8周后分别检测泌乳素和空腹血糖,以阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估疗效。结果疗程结束时,阿立哌唑对空腹血糖、血清泌乳素水平无明显改变,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑更适用于女性精神分裂症患者的治疗。
Objective To study the effects of Aripiprazole on prolactin levels and blood glucose in female schizophrenics.Methods A total of 60 impatients with female schizophrenia were treated with Aripiprazole 10～30mg everday.Their levels of prolactin and blood glucose were measured at baseline and after 4,8 weeks treatment.The efficacy were evaluated with positive and negative symptomatic Scale（PANSS）.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose and prolactin at the end of treatment.Conclusion Aripiprazole is more suitable for female schizophrenics.
