早期外伤性白内障手术的临床探讨

Clinical analysis of operation in earlier stage traumatic cataract

目的为探讨外伤性白内障的手术时机、技巧、并发症和适应证。方法42例外伤性白内障在伤后1－7天进行早期手术。32例一期植入后房型人工晶状体，2例植入前房型人工晶状体。结果60％的病例矫正视力在0．5以上。结论适当早期手术可减少手术次数，缩短恢复时间和减少远期并发症。

To investigate the time, skill, complications and indication of operation in earlier stage traumatic cataract.Method 12 Patients with traumatic cataract were operated in earlier stage after injury 1 to 7 days. 32patients were implanted with posterior chamber introcular lens and 2 patient were implanted with anterior chamber introcular lens at same time.Results 60% of the patients regained correction vision of 0.5 bor better.Conclusions The suitable early operation can decrease the operationtimes,complication and reduce rehabiltitation time.
