阅读治疗对服刑人员心理健康状况的前瞻性实验研究

Prospectne Study on Reading Therap to Mental Health Prisoners

目的 1帮助服刑人员树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,培植社会责任感和感恩情感等;2促进自我教育,重塑人格,增强其回归社会的信心和能力;3纠正某些非理性的认识,稳定情绪,改善心境,提高监狱改造效果;4验证并丰富阅读疗法理论内容,为今后的研究提供实验数据和具体的应用研究,同时研究成果将直接为监狱系统服务。方法文献检索法,收集国内外关于阅读疗法与男性服刑人员的资料。采用SAS问卷和研究人员自行编制的阅读现状调查问卷对广州某监狱的服刑人员进行施测。结果服刑人员前测SAS总分显著高于后测SAS总分(t=6.18,P<0.01)。偏好阅读文学艺术的服刑人员SAS总分显著低于偏好阅读笑话故事的服刑人员SAS总分(t=-3.36,P<0.01)。SAS总分与生源地呈正相关,与阅读条件满意度、阅读的喜欢度呈负相关。结论阅读疗法能有效改善服刑人员的焦虑情绪。

Objective ①To help the termers to set up correct world outlook,life outlook and the outlook of values,to cultivate social responsibilities and thanksgiving emotion and the like.②To promote the self-education,remodel the personality,and strengthen the confidence and abilities for returning to the society.③To correct certain non-rational understanding,keep their emotions balance,improve their mood,and enhances the jail transformation effect.④To confirm and rich the biliotherapy theory content,and to provide empirical datum and concerning applied research for present＇s research,simultaneously the research results will serve directly for the jail system.Methods The literature search method was used,domestic and foreign about the biliotherapy and materials about male termers were cdlected.The questionnaire method was used,SAS and the reading actualities questionnaire which were established by researchers to termers in some jail of Guangzhou were used.Results In earlier period survey,the termers＇ SAS total score is significantly higher than later period surveys（t=6.18,P0.01）.Termers who prefer reading literature and arts were significantly lower than the ones who prefer reading joke stories in SAS total score（t=-3.36,P0.01）.The SAS total score with living source area presents to be positive related,with the reading condition degree of satisfaction,reading likes degree presenting inverse correlation.Conclusion The biliotherapy can improve termers＇emotion effectively.
