摘要
二恶烷系动物致癌剂,IARC列为2B类,在常用日化品中残留非常普遍,其安全性受到关注。本文综述报道二恶烷的毒理学研究结果,以利人们认识其安全性,并提高警觉,收集可能有关的病例。
1,4-Dioxane, a chemical with sufficient evidence of carcinogenicity in experimental animals（IARC, Group 2B）, is wildly existed as residue of cosmetics and its safety is concerned by public. This paper reviewed the toxicological studies and provided the public with information in detail to understand the safety, and raise awareness of collecting probable human cases relevanted.
