后房型人工晶状体术后瞳孔异常原因分析

Analysis on the cause of pupil anomalus after posterior chamber intraocular lenses implantation

110例后房人工晶状体植入术后瞳孔异常19例，占17．27％，其中瞳孔移位16例，不可逆性散瞳3例。上方虹膜萎缩，虹膜前、后粘连是引起瞳孔移位的主要原因。术前强力散瞳、术中瞳孔括约肌机械性损伤、术后一过性高眼压是引起不可逆性散瞳的主要原因。并就相应的预防措施进行了讨论。

In 110 cases of posterior chamber intraocular lenses implantation,19cases of pupil anomalous were found (17.27%),among them 16 caseswere pupil displacement. 3 cases were irreversible pupil dilatation.Theprincipal causes of pupil displacement were atrophy of iris on upper partand anterior and posterior synechia.The principal causes of irreversiblepupil dilatation were dilating the pupils strenuously before operations,injuring the sphinctor mechanical during operation and temporary high intraocular pressure after operation.The correspondent preventive measures were discussed in this article,
