摘要
目的 探讨分层级管理培训对中心静脉置管(CVC)和外周中心静脉置管(PICC)技术质量等各方面的影响.方法 选择我院临床注册护士369名,通过实施分层级管理模式开展CVC和PICC技术培训,记录实施培训前后被培训者的理论知识及技能考核结果、患者总体满意度、置管一次成功率以及并发症情况对培训前后各项随访结果进行统计分析.结果 实施分层级管理培训后CVC和PICC理论知识、技能考核得分,患者总体满意度及置管成功率显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),并发症发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 实施护士分层级管理培训后,不但有效地建立了一个分层级管理经验交流的平台,而且使CVC和PICC置管术能够更好地应用在临床,提高了置管的效率,减少了并发症,保证了置管效果,提高患者的满意度,同时提高了护士工作的主动性及专业水平,达到了预期效果.
Objective To investigate the effect of grading management training on central venous catheterization ( CVC ) and peripheral inserted central venous catheterization (PICC) . Methods A total of 369 registered clinical nurses in our hospital were chosen.The effect of CVC was compared before and after applying the grading management training. The data of theoretical knowledge and technical proficiency assessment, patients'satisfaction, once success rate and complications that we recorded before and after the training would be analyzed by statistical software. Results There were significant differences among the scores of CVC's and PICC's knowledge, technical proficiency, and the patients'satisfaction before and after practicing the grading management training (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Besides, the incidence of complications was also significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The practice of grading management training has achieved the expected goal that it can not only effectively build a grading management training platform for exchange of experiences, but also optimize the catheter placement procedure, decrease the incidence of complications, increase the patient's satisfaction on catheter insertion. Furthermore,it improve work initiative of the nurses and professional levels.
