睑板腺脂溢症综合治疗的护理探讨

The treatment and nursing on sebaceous flux of meibomian glands

目的 探讨睑板腺脂溢症不同的护理和治疗方法对疗效的影响.方法 把每眼4个睑板腺以上的睑脂黏度为3～4级、量为重度的睑板腺脂溢症连续病例73例145眼分三组,治疗方法是：A组眼部热敷、眼睑按摩和眼缘清洗;B组眼部热敷和睑缘清洗;C组眼睑按摩.定期进行泪膜破裂时间测定,裂隙灯下睑板腺挤压及睑脂的黏度、量的统计.结果 初诊时,三组间的睑脂量、泪膜破裂时间等无统计学上的差异（P＞0.05）.2周后,B组的3～4级睑脂明显多于A组（P＜0.05）;12周后,C组的泪膜破裂时间≤5 s者明显多于A组（P＜0.05）.结论 睑板腺脂溢症采用热敷、睑板腺按摩、睑缘和睫毛根部清洗等综合性治疗和护理的效果良好,此治疗方法简单、方便、经济.

Objective To study the curative effect of the different treatment and nursing on sebaceous flux of meibomian glands. Methods There were 73 consecutive patients with sebaceous flux of meibomian gland （ 145 eyes） that had 4 meibomian glands every eye with mucosity degree for 3 or 4 grades which were divided into heavy degree 3 groups. A group was treated with ocular region fomented and eyelids kneaded and lid - margin cleaned, B group was given eyelids kneaded and lid - margin cleaned, C group was given eyelids kneaded. The tear break - up time was mensurated. These meibomian glands were extruded, mucosity degree and quantity of lema were counted under the slit lamp. Results At the first, the quantity of lema and tear break - up time were no significantly different between 3 groups （ P 〉 0. 05） . After 2 weeks, the mucosity degree for 3 or 4 grades were significantly different between B group and A group （ P 〈 0. 05） . After 12 weeks, the tear break - up time less than 5 second was significantly different between C group and A group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The comprehensive therapy and nursing such as hot pack,eyelids kneaded, lid - margin cleaned to sebaceous flux of meibomian glands have well effect. These treatments are simple, convenience and economy.
