摘要
提出了一种利用状态检修信息的基于效用和成本分析的维修方式选择决策模型。定义效用由状态健康指数、可靠性和可用性三个因子组成,给出了每个因子的计算公式,并分析了不同的维修方式对于各因子的影响。给出了维修成本的组成及计算方法,以及效用计算模型,最终导出了以单位成本提高的效用量最多为目标的维修方式选择模型。算例给出了某变压器在某种状态下进行维修方式选择的过程,结果表明该模型是合理可信的。该模型适用于电力设备维修管理,能够帮助维修人员作出经济、有效的维修方式选择。
This paper proposes a maintenance type selection model based on effectiveness and cost analysis using CBM information .F irst ,i t defines effectiveness composed of three factors, namely, state health indictor, reliability and availability ,g ives each factor’s formula ,a nd analyzes the impacts of different maintanence types on each factor. T hen, it gives maintenance cost’s components with their formulas and effectiveness’s calculating model .A t last ,it educes a maintenance type selection model aiming at most effectiveness per unit cost .C ase study lists maintenance type selection process of a transfomer in certain state .T he result shows that this model is reasonable and credible. This model is suitable for power equipment maintenance management, and can help maintenance staff make economic and effective maintenance arrangement.
