摘要
针对单个厂站,依据马尔柯夫过程理论,用状态空间法分析稳定控制系统的可靠性。在不同配置方案下,根据稳定控制系统的动作机理,以故障率和修复率为参数,建立稳定控制系统可靠性分析的模型,计算拒动率和误动率,进而得到系统有效概率作为系统可靠性指标。分析系统可靠性指标随配置方案不同呈现出的变化,定量地表明了各配置方案的可靠性差异,得出的量化的可靠性指标与实际不同配置方案的应用情况相符合。
State-space method based on Markov process theory is used to analyze the reliability of stability control system in single plant station.Under different configurations,the failure rate and the repair rate are seen as parameters,stability control system's reliability analysis model is constructed according to the action mechanism of the stability control system and the probabilities of false-function and fail-function are computed.Moreover,the system valid probability indexes measuring the reliability of the system are computed.This paper analyzes several changing laws of the system reliability indexes with different configurations and quantitatively verifies the differences between the reliability of various configurations.The quantitative reliability indexes derived from this paper are in accordance with the actual application cases of the different configurations.
