摘要
采用聚四氟乙烯膜回收含氰废液中的氰化物,并对回收机理进行了探讨。通过对HCN浓度、温度、膜孔径、孔隙率、膜厚度等因素的试验研究,建立了速率方程,计算了速率常数与活化能,从而证明了用聚四氟乙烯膜回收HCN的机理为膜扩散机理。
The mechanism of recovering cyanide in cyanidebearing waste solution with polytetrafluoroethylene membrane was studied.Through studies on density of HCN,temperature,membrane aperture,porosity and thickness,the speed equation was established and the constant of speed and activation energy were calculated,thus the mechanism of recovering HCN with polytetrafluoroethylene membrane was proved to be the mechanism of membrane diffusion.
