文中提出了非经营性资产的界定原则与黄金矿山非经营性资产的主要类别，对如何在黄金矿山进行剥离非经营性资产工作，提出了切实可行的办法。

In this paper,the principles of demarcating and classifying the unmanagement property are put forward and the ways to strip gold mine of that property are proposed.
