摘要
“陶瓷杯”结构的应用推广,带动了“陶瓷杯”用耐火材料的发展。由于炉缸苛刻的工作环境,选材时人们往往偏重于高档材质,但给制品的烧结带来一定的困难,阻碍了该类耐火材料的研制与生产。本文着重叙述了通过采用复合胶结剂,使“陶瓷杯”耐火材料在1500℃下就可以达到良好烧结,同时还预言了溶胶的应用前景。
The wide application of ceramic-cup strucrure leads to the development of ceramic -cup refractories which is made of high grade materials,but it brings some difficulties in its sinter and our research work. The ceramic-cup can be well sintered below 1500℃ by use of composite sol agent. The wide future application of suspensoid are described in this paper.
