我国长期使用调质钢20MoA和35Mn2A为D级抽油杆材料,热处理设备庞大,投资大。为解决上述问题,天津特殊钢厂研制出了贝氏体型组织的非调质钢代替调质钢制造D级抽油杆,与调质钢相比具有简化生产工序,减少生产废品,降低生产成本的特点。

Quenched and tempered steel 20CrMbA and Mn2A for oil-pumping bar has beenused for long term in china. Which heat treatment needs considerable equipment and investment. In order to resolve this problem, Tianjin Special Steel Works has researched & developed non-heattreated bainite-structured steel instead of the heattreated one Compared to heattreated steel. The new-developed steel has such advantages as shorter production pocess,less consumption,and lower cost.
