摘要
热轧机组一次生产成形的钢管,其外径一般在±0.75%范围内。而对于用于对焊连接的钢管,要求外径公差相当严格。文章论述通过孔型设计的方法,使热轧管的公差范围控制在±0.50%,同时要求管端外径偏差控制在-0.4.~+1.59mm,以满足使用要求。
Generally the tolerance of outer diameter of steel pipe once -shaped by rolling mills is 0. 75%,but stricter ouler diameter tolerance of sleel pipe for next butt welding is reguired. The paper deseribes tolerance of pipe ends can respecvely be controlled within 0. 5% and -0.40~ + 1.59mm for right use at same time by means of profile process design.
