摘要
轧机的弹性变形直接影响轧材的主要尺寸。一般的轧机弹性变形分析以辊系及机架为对象,考虑其它元件较少,文章对轧机整体所有受力元件进行了弹性变形分析,尤其对压下机构轧辊轴承支撑的弹性变形作了分析,并对各部变形所占比例作了统计与比较。
The elastic deformation of a mill has a direct effect on the dimension of rolled products. General analysis of elastic deformation of a mill is carried out from the view of rolls and house of the mill, less consideration paid to other parts of the mill. Elastic deformation analysis of all parts of the mill specially including screwdown and rolls bearings systems was carried out,and deformation share by every parts was calculated and compared in the pa-per.
