左卡尼汀对改善血液透析患者左室结构和功能的影响

Observation on Effect of Levocarnitine in Improving Left Ventricle Architecture and Its Function in Patients with Hemodialysis

目的探讨左卡尼汀在改善血液透析患者左室结构和功能方面的效果。方法选取廊坊市人民医院维持性血液透析(MHD)患者64例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各32例。两组均予铁剂和红细胞生成素治疗,透析结束时治疗组给予左卡尼汀1g加入0.9%氯化钠溶液20ml静脉注射治疗,对照组给予0.9%氯化钠溶液。每周3次,连续治疗12周。治疗前和治疗12周时心脏超声测定LVEF、LVMI、LVDd、E/A。结果治疗组LVEF、LVMI、LVDd、E/A较对照组明显改善,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀在维持性血液透析患者中能明显改善左室结构,并能显著提高心功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of Levocarnitine in Improving Left Ventricle Architecture and Its Function in Patients with Hemodialysis.Methods Sixty-four MHD patients in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into levocarnitine-treated group and control group（n=32 in each group）.The basic therapies included iron and administration of erythropoietin.The patients in levocarnitine-treated group received additional intravenous injection of 1 g levocarnitine in 20 ml of Normal Saline at the end of hemodialysis,the patients in controll group received physiologic saline.three times every week for 12 weeks.Before and 12 weeks after treatment,LVEF、LVMI、LVDd、E/A were recorded.Results After levocarnitine treatment,LVEF、LVMI、LVDd、E/A was obviously improved,there were significent differences between two group（P0.05）.Conclusion The levocarnitine used in patients with hemodialysis can improve Left Ventricle Architecture and boost the heart function.
