摘要
回转接头是冷轧厂横切开卷机组中的重要部件，它的好坏直接影响到机组的正常生产。因冷轧厂从德国德马克公司引进的二手设备部件不全，所以，该部件需要自行研制。回转接头的阀芯和阀套经重新设计和改造后，简化了工艺，降低了成本，为国家节省了大量外汇。
Rotary spindle is an important component in
the crossbreaking payoff reel of cold rolled sheet plant,which directly effects the normal
production.Due to the shortage of components of the second hand equipments imported from
Germany DMS Company,this component has to be developed by ourselves.Through the redesign
and revamp of the valve disk and body of rotary spindle,the technology is simplified,the cost is
reduced and a large amount of foreign exchange is saved for our country.
