简要介绍了国外太阳能利用情况，指出了国内应用太阳能的研究还有一定的差距。仅就住宅建筑的太阳能利用进行了探讨，并提出了切实可行的方案和设想。

The utilization of solar energy at abroad is briefly introduced and it is pointed out that there is a gap in research on application of solar energy at home.The solar energy applied in housing is only discussed and the available program and perception is presented.
