腹股沟疝手术临床路径的围手术期护理

目的探讨临床护理路径在腹股沟疝手术同手术期的应用。方法对患者实施临床护理路径，患者入院后医护人员分别按每日医疗护理CP开展工作，填写自制的《腹股沟疝相关知识登记表》和《住院患者护理满意度调查表》，记录所有患者的住院天数、住院费用，分析患者的满意度以及治疗效果。结果临床路径组平均住院天数、平均药品费用、平均住院费用优于传统手术组，临床路径组患者出院后对护理质量的满意度优于传统手术组，两组患者均未见明显并发症。结论对腹外疝无张力修补术患者依照CPN的模式实施护理，降低了患者的住院天数和住院费用，使护理质量满意度得到明显提高，符合日益激烈的医疗市场竞争的需要，可使医院具有良好的竞争优势。

Objective To explore the clinical care pathway in the perioperative period of inguinal hernia repair, btethada Clinical care pathway was performed. Medical staff started their work according to daily medical and nursing CP. Self-made ＂Knowledge of Inguinal Hernia Registration Form＂ and ＂Inpatient Care Satisfaction Survey＂ were filled out to record length of hospital stay and costs of hospitalization. The efficacy of treatment and the patient satisfaction were analyzed. Besulta The group with care pathway was superior to the conventional group in the average length of hospital stay and the costs of medication use and hospitalization. Care satisfaction was higher in group with care pathway than in the conventional group. No obvious complications occurred in both groups. Conclusions The model of clinical care pathway for tension-free hernia repair can reduce length of hospital stay and costs of hospital- ization and markedly improve nursing satisfaction.
