人工股骨头置换治疗高龄患者股骨转子间骨折的疗效观察

The efficacy of femoral head replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture

目的 探讨人工股骨头置换治疗高龄患者股骨转子间骨折的临床效果.方法 选取2007年1月-2009年10月期间应用人工人工股骨头置换治疗股骨转子间骨折高龄患者78例,于术后9个月评价其手术疗效.结果 优65例,占83.33%,良9例,占11.54%,可4例,占5.13%,优良率为94.87%.结论 人工股骨头置换治疗高龄患者股骨转子间骨折的疗效满意,前外侧人路的疗效优于后外侧入路.

Objective To explore the efficacy of femoral head replacement for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 78 elderly patients who had undergone femoral head replacement during the period of January 2007 to October 2009 were included in this study. The surgical efficacy was assessed 9 months after treatment. Results Thel efficacy was excellent in 65 patient （83.33%）, good in 9（11.54%）, and fair in 4 （5.13%）, with a satistactory rate of 94.87%. Conclusions Femoral head replacement for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture has an ideal efficacy. The anterolateral surgical pathway is superior to the posterolateral pathway.
