摘要
电子节气门已经成为汽油发动机的标准部件,可用于扭矩导向的发动机管理系统、怠速控制以及汽油混合动力控制。AD5435是一套与Matlab/Simulink无缝连接,具有高速计算能力的实时控制仿真系统,基于AD5435快速控制原型功能构建电子节气门控制硬软件系统,分析电子节气门响应特性,辨识系统参数,提出并验证控制算法。为了精确控制节气门开度,采用模糊PID算法,试验表明该控制算法下节气门响应快,无超调,稳态误差小。
Electronic throttle body has become the standard component of gasoline engine,used for torque-based engine management system,idle speed control,as well as gasoline hybrid electric control.AD5435 is a high speed real-time platform for simulation and control,seamless connecting with Matlab/Simulink.Hardware and software system have been built in this paper based on AD5435 rapid prototyping control function.Also,this platform is used to analyse the response characteristic of electronic throttle body,identify the system parameter,verify the control algorithm.So as to control the opening angle accurately,a fuzzy-PID strategy has been introduced.The real-time simulation test indicates that the response of electronic throttle body under the said strategy is fast with no overshoot,and minor steady error.
