摘要
基于Lee的模型编写了紊流噪声预估程序,并将其引入到低压轴流风机设计程序中。同时与Fukano噪声模型进行了对比。预估程序最终输出噪声的总声功率级和总声压级。进一步研究了风机不同设计参数对噪声的影响,如变环量指数、轮毂比等。分析表明,风机流道内的相对速度对噪声的影响较大,弦长在噪声影响因素中处于次要地位。
A turbulent noise prediction code based on the work of Lee et al was written and incorporated into the low-pressure axial fan design program.Fukano's model was also utilized for indicative comparison.The outputs of the prediction code include noise overall sound power and overall pressure level.Further,the influence of the variation of the design parameters,including twisted power,hub ratio etc,on the fan noise characteristics was calculated and analyzed.It is indicated that the total sound pressure level is most sensitive to the flow relative velocity,while the chord length can be considered as a secondary cause.
