摘要
油渣泵是输送油煤浆的重要设备,在充分考虑输送介质高温特性及锅炉油渣泵结构的基础上,建立了油渣泵的主要部件的有限元分析模型,并通过设定合理的边界条件及力约束条件完成了模型的数值求解,得到泵轴、蜗壳的温度场、热膨胀位移及热应力分布,对比分析了2种不同材质蜗壳的热力应及热膨胀位移分布,计算结果将为锅炉油渣泵的优化设计提供一定的理论依据。
Diesel pump is one of an important equipment to transport oil slurry.Based on the full consideration to high-temperature characteristics of transmission media and structure of MJ125-100 boiler diesel pump,the finite element analysis model of the main components of diesel pump is established,and according to setting a reasonable boundary conditions and power constraints,the numerical solution of the model is completed,the temperature field,the thermal expansion displacement and the thermal stress distribution of pump spindle and volute case are obtained,the thermal stress distribution and the thermal expansion displacement of the spiral case of two different materials are analyzed comparatively,the results will provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of boiler diesel pump.
