盐酸二甲双胍的合成工艺研究

Synthesis of Developer Metfomine Hydrochloride

以双氰胺与盐酸二甲胺为原料,在加热熔融存在下通过加成反应制备盐酸二甲双胍,探讨了合成反应的工艺条件。在最佳工艺条件下,产品的收率为93.2%。

Using dicyandiamide and dimethylamine hydrochlcoride as raw materials,metformine hydrochloride was synthesized by addition reaction in the presence of sodium ethylate.The reaction conditions were discussed.Under the best reaction condition,the yield of product was up to 93.2%.
