摘要
研究了不经过消解处理,通过加入不同基体改进剂直接进样测定酒中铅;比较了经过消解后和直接进样经石墨炉原子吸收测定结果的影响。对不同类型的酒进行精密度实验,RSD 1.38%~3.16%,回收率为85.90%~109.63%,表明了此方法可以适用于日常检测需要,方便、简单、更易操作。
By adding different matrix modifiers,the direct injection determination of lead in wine was studied without digestion.After digestion and by direct injection graphite furnace atomic Absorption spectrometry results were compared.Through experiments,RSD was 1.38%~3.16%,recovery was 85.90%~109.63%.The results indicated that this method could be applied to routine testing needs.It was convenient,simple,easy to operate.
