摘要
化工流程模拟软件Aspen plus在化工过程设计中得到了普遍应用,显著提高了化工工艺流程等方面的设计效率和水平。主要介绍该软件功能和应用方法,结合苯和甲苯精馏塔设计计算,讨论其在化工课程设计中的应用。将Aspen plus模拟值与文献值进行比较,相对误差小,符合较好。
Aspen plus,a process simulator soft,is applied widely in chemical engineering design,which improves the efficiency and level of design of chemical process.The functions and application methods of Aspen plus and its simulation for benzene recovering column were introduced,which applied to discuss Aspen plus applied in teaching of chemical engineering design.The Aspen plus simulation results for benzene column were compared with the values of document,all that were accord and the errors were comparatively small.
