摘要
基于企业内劳动投入的知识互补性问题,可以构建具有两种劳动投入的收益模型,分析论证最优劳动资源配置与专业化经济之间的正向关系,互补性知识的积累程度、互补性知识的协调效率、互补性经济程度对企业创新的影响。研究结果表明,互补性知识的协调效率对企业创新具有重要作用,企业应打造高协调效率的企业文化,采取交易费用低的管理方式,以促进创新。
Researching the knowledge complementarity question based on enterprises' labour investment,we may construct two kind of work investment income model,analyze and prove the forward relations between the most superior labor resources disposition and the specialized economy and influences of accumulation degree and coordinated efficiency of supplementary knowledges,complementarity economical degree on the enterprise innovation.The findings indicated that the supplementary knowledge's coordinated efficiency has the influential function on the enterprise innovation,the enterprise should create the enterprise culture with high coordinated efficiency;adopt the administration mode of low transaction cost to promote the innovation.
