陈子龙和艾南英同为明末文学领袖和爱国志士,发生在二人之间的一场关于散文复古取向的文学论争,在文学史上影响深远。而关于此次论争的具体时间,史料记载多有抵牾,而当今研究者说法或闪烁其词,或主观臆断成分大,还需要进一步梳理、考证。

Chen Zilong and Ai Nanying were both leaders of literature in the late Ming Dynasty and Noble-minded patriots;the debate between them about prose retro was far-reaching in the history of literature.However,there were so many contradictions about its time in data,even for contemporary researchers.So there should be further research.
