The foundation and demand transformation algorithm of rule for product configuration design

摘要 目的为了有效地组织和管理好产品数据和信息,提高已有资源的利用率,完成能满足个性化客户需求的产品配置设计。方法针对不同层次的用户需求,建立合适产品配置设计规则库,实现面向规则的产品配置设计;然后分析用户需求知识向产品配置知识转换过程,提出了产品配置设计需求转换算法。结果减少了数据库中存储的大量事实信息,提高求解效率,使用户需求直接融入产品配置中,可有效地缩小配置问题求解空间。结论通过定义配置规则用于配置设计的过程,并确定配置设计的基本算法来实现产品配置设计。为产品数据管理软件在企业中的应用提供了新的技术优势,使PDM软件能够满足用户独特的信息需求。 Aim To organize and manage product data and information effectively,enhance the utilization of existing resources,and complete product configuration design that can meet individual customer needs. Methods With the aim of different levels of users' needs,an appropriate rule base for product configuration design is established to achieve the rule-oriented product configuration design;then by analyzing the conversion process of the knowledge of the users' needs to product configuration knowledge,conversion algorithm of product configuration design requirements is proposed. Results The demand transformation algorithm reduce the large number of factual information stored in the database,improve the solution efficiency and integrate users' needs directly into product configuration,thus reducing effectively the problem-solving space of product configuration design. Conclusion By defining the configuration rules for the configuration design process and determining the basic algorithm of the configuration design,product configuration design is achieved.Therefore,new technological advantages are provided for the application of product data management software in enterprises,and PDM software can meet users' unique information needs.
