摘要
利用直流复射式检流计代替电流表测量电流,采用分压式二极管反向饱和电流测试电路测量电压,对二极管反向饱和电流的测量与二极管反向饱和电流随温度变化之间的关系进行了实验研究。利用直流复射式检流计提高了测量精度,采用分压式二极管反向饱和电流测试电路便于控制电压的变化,可以更细微地观察反向电流的变化,从而较准确测得反向饱和电流值。
The current is measured using DC re -launched type galvanometer instead of ammeter ,the voltage is measured using the test ciruit of diode's reverse saturation current with partial pressure,the measurement of diode's reverse saturation current and the relationship between diode's reverse saturation current and the varying of temperature are studied by using experiments. The measurement precision is improved using DC relaunched type galva-nometer,the varying of voltage is controlled easily using the test circuit of diode's reverse saturation current with partial pressure,the varying of reverse saturation current is observed imperceptibility,the value of reverse saturation current is measured accurately.
