摘要
《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》的实施,标志着各级政府和政府官员由被迫公开信息向自觉及时公开信息转化。面对媒体,"无可奉告"被列为政府官员的禁语。既然面对公众媒体必须要说话,那么说什么、怎么说的问题摆在了各级官员的面前。
With the implementation of the Government Information Publicity Regulations of the People＇s Republic of China,the government and its officials should actively make known the government information.Facing media,＂no comment＂ gradually becomes the forbidden words of officials.Thus,when facing public and media,what to say and how to say becomes the problems before officials at all levels.
