在城市化与工业化的背景下,西方国家的殡葬改革形成了市场主导模式、市政模式和教会模式三种完全不同类型的殡葬模式。从管理的角度,尽管中西方国情存在差异,但西方国家的市场化取向、政府作用的定位与社会参与等经验,对于我国的殡葬管理体制改革具有一定的启示意义。

In the context of urbanization and industrialization,western countries have formed three different mortuary reform models.They are commercial,municipal and religious model.From the managerial angle,western countries＇ market-oriented way,the role government plays and social participation have great significance to China＇s mortuary reform though there might be differences between the models.
