摘要
报道了新显色剂喹啉基重氮氨基偶氮苯与镉的显色反应及光度测定微量镉的新方法.在OP存在下的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,该试剂与镉反应生成2:1的橙红色络合物,最大吸收波长位于524nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.85×105,镉量在0~10μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。显色反应具有良好的选择性,直接应用于工业废水中微量镉的测定,结果满意。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method for cadmium with a new chromogenic reagent quinolyldiazoaminoazobenzene (QDAB) has been developed. In the presence of the nonionic surfactant OP and borax buffer so lution, cadmium with QDAB forms an orange-red complex which has an absorption maximum at 524nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.85×10~5L· mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0-10μg Cd(Ⅱ)/25mL. Theproposed method has been applied to the determination of microamount of cadrnium in the industrial waste water withsatisfactory results.
