目前,中外合作开采油气资源法律调控理论已经不能有效指导中外合作开采油气资源法律调控实践。基于此,就中外合作开采油气资源法律调控理论展开系统研究具有极其重要的理论价值与实践意义。系统研究了中外合作开采油气资源法律调控的概念、缘由、参与主体、目标体系、指导思想、基本原则、基本模式、体系结构、有效标准等内容。

At present,the legal regulation theory on exploiting oil resource through cooperation between China and foreign countries cannot effectively instruct the legal regulation practice.Based on it,a systematic research is made on the concept,reason,participating bodies,target system,instruction ideology,basic principle,basic model,system structure and valid standard of legal regulation.
