Abstract Through low cycle fatigue experiment on 2 25Cr 1Mo steel at different temperatures,this paper studies the influence of temperature on the low cycle fatigue life of this material.Using the two surface model within non harden region(NHRDS)program to calculate the stress and strain at the point of crack,the results show:the low cycle fatigue life of this material under complicated stress state can be characterized by equivalent strain range by the form of formula Manson-Coffin,substituting the constants in the life calculating formula by functions of temperature,the influence of temperature on the fatigue life can be experssed in quantity.
