典型的闪蒸罐结构为带有非径向矩形截面弯管的圆柱壳，其强度计算无设计规范可循。本文给出了一类闪蒸罐的三维有限元分析方法及这类典型结构的应力分布规律与强度评定结果。

Abstract The design rule of flash vessels,which is a cylindrical shell attached to a curved tube with rectangular section have not been established.The strength estimation for the typical flash vessels based on stress analysis by 3D finite element method is presented in this paper.
