摘要
针对大直径不锈钢法兰拼焊时易产生焊接变形和热裂纹的问题，从大型法兰拼焊变形规律、焊接工艺等方面入手，分析了产生变形和热裂纹的原因，制定了相应的工艺措施，避免了焊接变形和热裂纹的产生。确保了产品质量，提高了生产工效。
Abstract In this paper,the reasons of welding distortion and hot cracking in the large diameter stainless steel flange is analyzed.The welding procedure for large diameter flange of spiral plate heat exchanger is introduced.
