查办案件是反腐倡廉工作的重要环节,通过加大案件查处力度,能够增强人民群众反腐信心,起到震慑、遏制腐败的治标作用;通过对案件的深刻剖析,从主观上深挖思想根源,客观上找出制度和机制建设方面的漏洞,对有针对性地加强思想道德建设和廉洁警示教育,进一步健全防腐制度,完善防腐机制,强化监督,起到了促进源头防腐的治本作用;要在坚持查案严惩的同时,更加注重治本功能的发挥,做到"查处一起案件、教育一批干部、完善一套制度、规范一方管理、治理一方风气",最大限度地发挥查案综合效果。

Investigating and handling illegal cases is an important part of anti-corruption work.Increasing the intensity of investigation,not only can enhance people＇ confidence of fighting with corruption,play a fundamental role in curbing and detering corruption,also can make profound analysis of the case,dig ideological roots from subjective and find the mistake about systems and mechanisms from objective,which can strengthen moral construction and integrity education,further improve anti-corrosion system and mechanism,strengthen supervision.Above all,it should be paid more attention to the basic function,＂investigating a case,teaching a number of cadres,improving a system,standardizing a management,governing a situation＂,which can maximize the effect of the combined investigation.
