The Investigation on Employment Pressure of University Graduates

随着高等教育的大发展,近年来高校毕业生的就业压力日趋严峻,通过对河南省几所高校应届毕业生就业情况的调查,分析大学毕业生就业现状、毕业时的心理、就业压力的来源和对高校就业指导工作的期待等,对大学生和高校方面提出建议,以使高校大学生毕业时减少压力尽快适应社会。

With the great development of higher education,university graduates＇ employment pressure is increasingly stern in recent years.This paper analyzes employment status of university graduates,the psychology when graduating,and the sources of employment pressure and the expectations of employment guidance and so on,by investigating the employment status in several universities in Henan,and puts forward some proposals to reduce the pressure of university graduates.
