发达国家职业教育发展的基本过程大致包括三个阶段，即职业教育发展的起步阶段、快速发展阶段和完善阶段，我国目前正处在职业教育快速发展阶段。我国职业教育应健全法规保障体系，发展具有我国特色的职业教育体系，高度重视市场需求与变化。

This article summarized the fundamental stages of vocational education development of the main developed countries ： planning stage, rapid development stage, and improvement stage. At planning stage, because economic developing countries gradually realized the importance of Vocational Education, they began to set up the institutions of Vocational Education. This period corresponded in the industrialize planning stage of each country＇s economy development. At the rapid development stage of vocational education, industrialization pushed each country to adopt more appropriate measures to ensure the rapid development of vocational education. At the stage of improvement, industrialization has been finished in developed countries, and vocational education began to take on some special features. Our country＇s vocational education is in the stage of rapid development, we can use their successful experience.
