摘要
行为修正激励论利用正强化、负强化、消退以及惩罚这些操作性条件反射理论的手段来影响员工的行为;公平理论认为分配的不公平会引起个体行为的改变。本文将这两种理论结合,讨论了运用行为修正激励过程中的10种公平与不公平现象以及其可能产生的结果。
Behavior modification theory use positive reinforcement, negative reinforcement, subsidies and punishment to affect the employee~ behavior. Equity Theory points out that inequity can affect behavior too. The article integrates these two theories and discusses ten equity and inequity circumstances when behavior modification theory is used and the possible results.
