摘要
针对国内汽车安全气囊的人工翻袋加工方式,研制出一种基于PLC控制的安全气囊自动翻袋系统,经过试验验证该系统能自动、高效、保质保量完成安全气囊的由里向外翻转。
Against the domestic manual airbag overturning method in China,a safety automation airbag overturning system based on PLC was developed.After lots of tests,it is proved that this system is able to work automatically and guarantees the safety airbag to overturn from the inner to the outer efficiently as far as both the quality and the quantity are concerned.
