摘要
焊接热作用能够导致材料焊接热影响区(HAZ)的韧性降低,这是材料对焊接热作用产生反应的一种表现形式。除个别例外,ASME核电设备建造规范各分卷都要求对这种韧性降低进行确认和补偿,这是ASME核电规范特有,而其他国家规范和标准,甚至ASME压力容器规范都没有的。介绍了焊接热影响区(HAZ)韧性补偿原理和不同韧性试验模式下的补偿实施方法,另外还提供了实际应用中获得的一些数据。
The heating in welding operation could result in toughness decrease in the weld-HAZ,which is one of the reactions of the material against the welding heating process,and required to be verified,and compensated by the ASME nuclear construction Code for all class components with only a few exceptions.It's special for and found solely in the ASME nuclear Code,and has not been contained in the Codes and Standards of other countries,even in the pressure Code of ASME itself.The basic principle on the compensation to the toughness lessening in weld-HAZ and implementation for the different toughness test modes is presented in this paper.And some data gained from preliminary practice are included also.
