大众辉腾:绝对低调的顶级豪车

摘要 它没有奔驰、宝马、奥迪那样响亮的知名度,没有保时捷、捷豹、玛莎拉蒂那样的高贵血统,也没有宾利、劳斯莱斯和迈巴赫那样绝对昂贵的价格,但它仍是不折不扣的豪华轿车品牌。它就是大众辉腾。只是这一豪车品牌太过低调,所以知之者甚少。 The glass factory invested by Volkswagen was completed in December 2001,for which Volkswagen investment in R&D for the Phaeton was over 1.3 billion dollars. In 2002,Volkswagen Phaeton was officially listed.In 2003,Phaeton sales reached 6,000 units worldwide,and won the 'iF Design Gold Award',by 'Forbes' rating as a 'great car.' In 2004,with the good reputation,the global sales of Phaeton is up to 9034. However,the situation changed in the following days. Since 2005,the car sales of Phaeton fell below 5000. Since then,the Phaeton's global sales have been hovering between 5000 to 6000,which was far away behind the sales of Mercedes-Benz S Class,BMW 7 Series and Audi A8.According to the latest data,the Phaeton's global sales for 2009 is 4500,including 1400 sales in China. China became one of the biggest and most important global market of Phaeton.However,the sales of Mercedes-Benz S Class and BMW 7 Series in China are more than 15,000 at the same time. Volkswagen is known as being producing car models suitable for mass consumption,such as Beetle,Golf,even the Passat and other models,have become the public's enduring classics. Phaeton is VW's top luxury car brand,which was the sub-brand of the VW and located overstating than any other sub brands.
